Acne Cures
I always thought that I would suffer through acne all through my teen years and then it would go away when I turned 18. Of course, in my family nothing ever stayed contained in teen years. My mom even got her braces when she was something like 33. I was a little kid at that point, and well she had braces for about 5 years, whereas I got mine as a teen and I had them for about 10 months total and then basically forgot to wear a retainer and threw it away several times by accident while not actually having it go back.
That being said, obviously, I found out later on that just because I reached adulthood did not mean that I was going to get rid of my acne. In my particular case, it just got harder to deal with. It seemed to get worse at 18, and then well it might’ve been the same, but it was more of a crisis trying to be in the professional workplace and everything else. I had to find a different acne treatment which I should’ve done in my teen years, because the one I used wasn’t sufficient. But it’s never a good thing to expect that something will just magically happen at any age.
