Do Acne Products Cause Acne
This was a new one for me. The other day, I heard a parent talking about their kid’s acne, and they apparently decided they should go all natural. By all natural, I mean they didn’t provide soap, acne washes, gels, scrubs, nothing! They also apparently had the idea about not using cleaners to clean their house. What are you supposed to use exactly? But apparently, they thought that their kid would suffer worse acne if they were to use any acne fighting methods such as even lemon juice, which was really amazing to me.
The denial logic is always amazing to me. But honestly speaking, they then talked about how they knew initially it would “flare up”, but then it would go down. I think their kid is still waiting on that part about it going down. But if you are of this mentality, get over it. Bacteria and oils build on the surface of the skin, and if they are not washed away, they will get worse over time, it won’t magically get better. It’s one of those things that eventually you hope it will go away. But if you ignore the problem, it will only end up getting worse.
